The State Cycling Finals is one of eight state-level competitions held annually for Special Olympics Michigan athletes. There are also more than 440 annual local and regional competitions.This event offers a wide variety of opportunities to the media. Special Olympics Michigan athletes, volunteers and coaches will be available for interviews and photographs.

Approximately 200 athletes, coaches, chaperones and volunteers will participate in the State Cycling Finals. There will be 152 cyclists competing in 16 events. This is the first year that Cycling will be held separately and at a new location. We hope all will come out to the Chrysler Proving Grounds and cheer on our athletes as they compete!
