Approximately 450 athletes and 125 coaches/chaperones will be participating.The event is scheduled for March 12, 2011 at Western Michigan University for Basketball and Continental Lanes for Bowling, this is a new location this year.

UNIFIED BASKETBALL COMPETITION

The hosting organization this year is Western Michigan University. Statewide sponsors are Spartan Stores, Real Estate One, Applebee's & Amerisure. Statewide Civic Partners are Law Enforcement Torch Run, Knights of Columbus, Wertz Warriors and Water Warriors.

Unified Basketball Finals will compete in Kalamazoo on March 12, 2011. Competition will take place on the campus of Western Michigan University. This year's competition will be a one-day event.

UNIFIED BOWLING COMPETITION
Competition will be held in Unified Doubles ONLY one (1) Special Olympic athlete and one (1) Unified Partner.

Athletes will bowl two games with their Unified Partner. Bowling averages should be taken from 15-bowled games without using a handicap.

Unified Bowling will consist of the total of two (2) bowled games. All unified bowling partners must be registered.

Competition will be held at the Continental Lanes 3645 Vanrick Dr.
