Each year, more than 500 athletes and their families from across the state travel to Grand Rapids to compete in the State Basketball Finals. Join the Secchia, Jandernoa, Korte, and Custer families at the Athletes Like Audrey: Luncheon where all proceeds will help to build a sustaining fund for the Global Messenger Program.

The Ties and Tennies Gala is the organization's signature event held in southeast Michigan which has the largest athlete population served in all of Michigan.

Each year, the Law Enforcement Torch Run Polar Plunge series challenges thousands of brave jumpers at numerous locations around the state. It's a great way for everyone - individuals, organizations and businesses - to get involved in supporting Special Olympics Michigan. All funds raised go towards year-round sports training and athletic competition for more SOMI participants.

Law Enforcement Torch Run® (LETR) Run Week is an opportunity for law enforcement, corrections personnel, and community members to run shoulder to shoulder, raising money and awareness for Special Olympics Michigan athletes.
