Special Olympics Michigan hosts multiple signature events throughout the year to bring together community leaders, corporate executives, and disability advocates to raise funds and awareness for our Athletes. We encourage individuals, civic groups, corporations, foundations, and public institutions to join us for these events to hear from our Athletes first-hand and pledge your support.
- Signature Events hosted include:
- Ties & Tennies Gala - Detroit, annually in the Fall
- Athletes Like Audrey Luncheon - Grand Rapids, annually in the Spring
- Champions Together Breakfast - Detroit, annually in the Spring
- Dare to Dream Golf Outing - Grand Rapids, annually in the Fall
- Screen Door Open Golf Outing - Canton/Ann Arbor, annually in the Summer, hosted by the Real Estate One Charitable Foundation
- Polar Plunge - 25+ locations statewide, annually in the Winter
