Renne Wyman Named Golisano Health Leadership Award Honoree

Sparta High School teacher Renne Wyman has been selected as Special Olympics Michigan's 2020-2021 Golisano Health Leadership Award Honoree for her dedication to improving the health of people with intellectual disabilities and advancing the health work of Special Olympics.

Tim Hileman Appointed to Protect Michigan Commission by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer

Special Olympics Michigan President and CEO Tim Hileman is among the group of new members appointed to the bipartisan Protect Michigan Commission by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. The commission will help raise awareness of the safety and effectiveness of an approved COVID-19 vaccine, while also helping to protect the health and safety of all Michigan residents.
